Watch Brogan's Adoption Story and watch how - volunteers at the crowded Houston shelter who took time to meet this big dog, posting photos of him to Facebook; then volunteers who offered to foster him for months as he went through medical treatments; transporters who volunteered time to get him to vet appointments; multiple volunteers who work the transport stops, capturing the moment of connecting a dogs to adopters.
